Why online therapy?

Good therapy should be positive and life-changing! In this digital age, when we are more mobile than ever, online therapy is an easily accessible option no matter where you are.

Expat communities are often a small bubble to live, work and play in. While all therapy services provided by Blue Pixel Therapy are private and confidential, it may be an extra comfort to access support from a professional who is not part of your immediate community. Having this distance also enables me to provide an alternative viewpoint.

It’s very important to find a good fit when looking for a therapist. While it often takes time to build trust and a feeling of safety to explore deeper issues, our preliminary meeting will offer the chance to get a sense of whether you would feel comfortable speaking openly with me, so that change can begin to happen.
